Important Information - Please Read!!
It is our goal to make the payment process safe and secure for all parties. Please read this information and call or e-mail us if you have any questions.
The sales contract protects both us and you the buyer. Your puppy is not reserved until we receive the signed sales contract along with the deposit. This is why you will sometimes see Sale Pending listed on a photo. This means that someone has committed to purchasing a particular puppy, but we have not yet received their deposit. We will allow 72 hours from the time that you let us know you wish to make a deposit on a puppy until we receive the signed sales contract and deposit. If this information is not received within 72 hours of your verbal or e-mailed agreement to purchase a puppy, then said puppy will be listed as available again.
It is always best to call first to reserve your puppy. The puppies do not really show their personalities and temperaments until around 5-6 weeks of age. They will also be vet checked about this age.
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, we will stop all advertising of your puppy. They will be listed on the site as sold. We will try to e-mail you updated photos weekly so you can see how your puppy is doing.
After the sale, we love to get photos and information about how the puppy is doing in his/her new home. We would appreciate information to list on our site, with your approval of course.
Payment Options
WIRE MONEY FROM YOUR BANK
Most banks have the capability to do this for a small fee or $15.00 - $25.00. This is one of the fastest ways to get a deposit to us.
MAIL CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
The U.S. Postal service can take up to 5 days to get mail to us depending on how far away you live. The best way to send a check (we can only accept certified bank checks or money orders) is by certified mail or priority mail with a signature confirmation. This takes a maximum of two days. This way you have proof that the deposit and contract was received.
It is highly recommended that you call first and let us know your intentions of placing a deposit.
Health Guarantee
We will do our best to accurately describe each puppy and any known faults will be discussed with you prior to purchase. All puppies are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of sale.
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 for Boxers and $500.00 for Bulldogs will be required to hold your puppy. The remaining balance, plus shipping fees, if applicable will be due 10 days prior to shipping in the form of a money order or cashiers check. Personal checks or credit cards will not be accepted.
Each puppy will be determined healthy by our veterinarian and issued a health certificate prior to leaving our care. We take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our animals, but because we have no control over the animal once they leave our kennel, Grandview Pups accepts no responsibility for the death or illness of animals which may be brought on by or as a direct result of shipping or exposure to other animals or environments. Grandview Pups guarantees the health of the puppy for 48 hours after shipment, and the buyer agrees that puppy will be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after shipment. If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health within 48 hours after the buyer has taken possession, we promise to refund the purchase price upon the return of the puppy or replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value. The buyer must return the puppy at his/her own expense. We are not responsible for any expenses you may incur, including well puppy visits, or yearly vaccinations and de-wormings, and a refund will only be honored with a receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian.
Your puppy is guaranteed against life threatening congenital defects for one year from the date of birth. If a licensed veterinarian finds that your puppy has life threatening congenital defects, you may return it to us at your expense accompanied by a written statement from said veterinarian, and we will send you a new puppy of equal value from the next available litter. The original puppy must be returned with all registration papers and veterinary documentation at the buyers expense. We are not responsible for any of your veterinarian bills.
Registration papers will not be shipped with the puppy. They will be sent to you by certified mail.
All legal filings by the buyer must be filed in the Seneca, Nemaha County, Kansas jurisdiction and the buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Grandview Pups in any case filed by the buyer that is ruled in favor of Grandview Pups.
Your puppy is current on its vaccinations and worming. Please take the shot records we send you to your veterinarian. It is important that you keep the vaccinations, worming, and boosters’ current.
We strongly recommend that your puppy be spayed or neutered if it is purchased as a pet.
It is your responsibility to take good care of your puppy and provide it with adequate food, water, shelter, and veterinarian care.
If you have any questions regarding the terms or conditions of this contract, please contact us prior to purchase of puppy.
